Both the Kremlin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy say peace talks brokered by the US will resume on Wednesday in Abu Dhabi.
Meanwhile Russian air assaults killed at least 17 people over the weekend. A drone hit a bus in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro, killing 15 mineworkers. A maternity hospital in the city of Zaporizhzhia was also targeted. No one was killed, but several people were injured, as pregnant women rushed to the basement for shelter.
