Wall Street South Adjusts to a Soggy ‘Business as Usual’

Miami and southern Florida continue to draw new residents lured by the expansion in finance jobs — and homebuying is "business as usual" and may even be picking up ahead of a downward shift in interest rates, according to Melissa Cohn, regional vice president at William Raveis Mortgage. Newcomers may be unfamiliar with thinking about hurricane-resistant homes, but climate challenges are now everywhere, Cohn tells Sonali Basak and Abigail Doolittle on "Bloomberg Markets."
