Sam Altman to affix Microsoft after OpenAI ousting – newest updates

Sam Altman, the ousted boss and founding father of OpenAI, will be a part of Microsoft within the newest dramatic twist in an explosive three days on Silicon Valley.
Microsoft chief govt Satya Nadella introduced hours after it emerged that Chat-GPT maker OpenAI had employed Twitch founder Emmett Shear to be its interim chief govt.
In a put up on social media platform X, Mr Nadella stated: “We’re extremely excited to share the news that Sam Altman and Greg Brockman, together with colleagues, will be joining Microsoft to lead a new advanced AI research team.”
Microsoft, which reportedly owns 49pc of the Chat-GPT, added that Microsoft remained “committed to our partnership with OpenAI”.
Mr Altman’s sudden ousting by the OpenAI board on Friday is known to have sparked a mass exodus of workers.
Mr Altman was on the OpenAI workplaces for talks on Sunday, tweeting an image of himself carrying a visitor lanyard and workplace move captioned: “First and last time I ever wear one of these.”
