Nicolle Wallace Makes 1 Frightening On-Air Prediction After Trump Gag Order Request
Nicolle Wallace from MSNBC warned that there will be significant consequences following special counsel Jack Smith’s request for a gag order against former President Donald Trump. This order aims to prevent Trump from making public statements that could potentially cause a significant and dangerous impact in his Jan. 6 case.
“I am about to express a sentiment that is commonly shared in private conversations but rarely discussed on television: a highly negative event is imminent,” Wallace revealed to her guest Charlie Sykes during the latest episode of “Deadline: White House” on Friday.
Her remarks arrived after Smith, in a federal court filing, cited “disparaging and inflammatory messages” aimed at the court, prosecutors, witnesses and potential jurors. He declared that Trump is aware that he “inspires others to perpetrate threats and harassment against his targets” through his attacks.
The host also pointed to a Fox News interview on Friday where she claimed the network “had to veer away” due to a man’s threats to New York City Democrats.
“She added that it is widely known that we are entering a dreadful situation and nobody is taking any action.”
“I refuse to believe that nothing can be done. These are people getting their information, in part because of the vacuum being created by people with – I don’t even know if we call it a spine anymore. That might be an insult to spines.”
Later on, she inquired Sykes about what he would like to communicate to his grandchildren “in the event of something occurring.”
Wallace inquired about the whereabouts of the remaining Republicans who have a small number of supporters within the MAGA base, which is often regarded as a negative environment.
Before praising Smith’s action as “extremely significant,” Sykes drew attention to the numerous warning signs indicating what is about to occur.
Sykes stated that this trial is not ordinary, as Donald Trump is not an ordinary defendant. He emphasized that Trump, being a former president, has the potential to incite violence and encourage people to participate in chaotic events.
He persisted, stating: “The events in 2024 may be extremely terrible. It is highly probable that they will be terrible, and those who supported and justified them, as well as those who ignored them, should be held responsible in some manner, at the very least within their own conscience if not politically.”
