IRS Delays Tax Rule for Online Sellers—Again

The Internal Revenue Service supplied a shock paperwork reprieve to tens of millions of Americans as tax-filing season nears, delaying a brand new requirement affecting individuals who promote stuff on eBay, resell live performance tickets, and use cost processors similar to Venmo.

For the second straight 12 months, the IRS postponed enforcement of a legislation that requires these e-commerce and cost platforms to ship the company details about many customers who obtain greater than $600 in income a 12 months.
