Iran’s president has set conditions for an end to the war, including reparations and guarantees against future aggression. Meanwhile, the IEA’s 32 member states agreed to release 400 million barrels of oil. Bahrain’s Interior Ministry said early Thursday morning that Iran had targeted fuel tanks in Muharraq Governate, northeast of the country’s capital, Manama. Iran has attacked two fuel tankers in Iraqi waters: Farhan Al-Fartousi from Iraq’s General Company for Ports told state television that one crew member had been killed and 38 rescued from the burning ships.
