GM CEO Calls on UAW to Get Back to Negotiating Table

General Motors CEO and Chair Mary Barra says the UAW strike "didn’t need to happen." She says she’s been directly involved in negotiations and that the company is well prepared to keep running during this work stoppage. She speaks to Bloomberg’s David Westin.
