German defence minister arrives in Kyiv with pledge of extra support to Ukraine

On Ukraine’s Day of Dignity and Freedom, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy linked the historic pro-democracy protests one decade in the past to the present day, describing the 2013 demonstrations on Maiden Square as Ukraine’s "first victory" in its conflict with Russia.
