Chelsea have offered Borussia Dortmund £42m for Jamie Gittens.
The player has told Dortmund he wants to leave.
He would prefer to represent Chelsea in Club World Cup this summer instead of Dortmund.
Chelsea’s original bid was below Dortmund’s asking price.
