Users are complaining that their reviews on Google Maps are being removed. This is partly because of a rise in online reputation management companies that scrape review websites to help a business get them removed from platforms like Google, Trustpilot and Kununu. In Europe, Germany holds the number one spot for defamation complaints against negative reviews. And more often than not, Google will side with the businesses. Is this the end of authentic Google reviews?
