Ukrainian drones have crossed into NATO territory, entering Estonian and Latvian airspace. Riga and Tallinn confirmed the incursions, saying one of the drones struck a power plant in Estonia. Officials say they crossed over during a major Ukrainian attack on a nearby Russian port.
