President Trump has offered a major boost to Ukraine’s air defenses at the NATO summit in Turkey. Speaking with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the sidelines, Trump said the United States will grant a license for its Patriot air defense systems to be manufactured overseas for Kyiv.
