Shabana Azeez teased during The Hollywood Reporter & Spotify Nominees Night in Los Angeles Jan. 8 ‘lots of breakdowns’ in Season 2 of ‘The Pitt’ during an exclusive interview with E! News. The 28-year-old who plays third-year medical student Victoria on the show teased of season two which premiered Jan. 8, “Breakdowns, lots of breakdowns. But also we’re at work, so you can’t be breaking down at work. It’s all very complicated.” The hit HBO Max show earned several 2026 Golden Globe nominations including for Best Drama Series, as well as a Best Actor nod for Noah Wyle. On Jan. 7, two nights before the Season 2 premiere, HBO announced that the medical drama had already been renewed for Season 3.
