Perez Hilton is still fighting his way back to good health. Just over a week after sharing his 21-day hospitalization for sepsis, the blogger announced that he was back at Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas to undergo an emergency surgery. "Last night I started having real soreness and pain in one of my legs," Perez said in a video posted to Instagram April 2, "and this morning it got way worse. I couldn’t even walk; I had to use my walker." The 48-year-old (real name Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr.) went on to explain that his surgeon sent him back to the hospital to receive an ultrasound to see if he had a blood clot. "And I do," he shared. "I have a deep vein thrombosis. I’m so thankful to God that we caught this early because, if that blood clot had gone to my lungs or my heart, it could’ve been real bad." Perez—who’s dad to Mario, 13, Mia, 10, and Mayte, 8—went on, “Tomorrow I’m having a thrombectomy. I’m being put under in an emergency surgery. They’re going to remove the fully occluded blood clot, which is massive. It goes from my groin to almost my foot, like three-quarters down my calf."
