Pep Guardiola joked that he "didn’t understand" why Manchester City haven’t spent more compared to their rivals.
City brought in Antoine Semenyo and Marc Guehi during the January transfer window, which has taken their spending to over £450m in the last 12 months.
But Guardiola stated that six clubs have a higher net spend than City over the last five years.
