The Vampire Diaries alum was spotted sharing a sweet moment with model and entrepreneur Dougie Joseph during a stroll through New York City, nearly a year after her split from former fiancé Shaun White. Dobrev wore a navy slip dress and matching Ralph Lauren baseball cap, while Joseph wrapped his arm around her, held her hand and kissed her on the cheek. Neither Dobrev nor Joseph has publicly commented on their relationship. Dobrev and White ended their engagement last year after five years together, with reports at the time describing the breakup as a mutual decision.
