Following ‘My 600-Lb. Life’ alum Dolly Martinez’s death at the age of 30, her mom Staci Thurman revealed the TLC star died of congestive heart failure. Dolly had been sick for some time, her mom told TMZ, and was admitted to a Fort Worth hospital on March 29 with fluid on her heart and lungs. Once admitted, she was put into a medically induced coma and placed on a ventilator, but never woke up. Dolly’s half-sister Lindsey Cooper, whom Staci described as Dolly’s best friend, shared the news of the reality TV alum’s death on April 11, writing on Facebook, "She had a way of making everyone feel special, and her warmth will stay with us forever."
