German airline Lufthansa says several employees were injured after the nose gear of a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner jet collapsed while the aircraft was parked at a gate at Frankfurt airport. The flight was later cancelled, and the employees are receiving medical attention. An official investigation has been launched into the cause of the accident.
