This outing comes shortly after the ‘Kardashians’ star and Formula 1 driver subtly made their romance Instagram official, as Lewis posted a video of himself racing through the streets of Tokyo with Kim riding shotgun. The pair first sparked dating rumors in January, when they were spotted at the same New Year’s Eve party in Aspen, Colo. Speculation was further fueled the following month, when the pair were spotted hopping on a private flight from U.K. to Paris together. Since then, Lewis continued to keep up with Kim on social media, dropping a heart-eye emoji on a March 16 Instagram post of her Vanity Fair Oscars after-party look.
