LeAnn Rimes shared a steamy look at her and husband Eddie Cibrian’s romantic road trip across the western part of the U.S. In a snap shared to Instagram July 14, Rimes was cuddled up to Cibrian as they enjoyed a view of the desert from their hot tub.
