Sophia Umansky—the 26-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky—underwent a breast lift after weight loss from GLP-1. "I’ve been on Mounjaro for a little over a year now," she began in an April 28 TikTok. "At first, I lost a ton of weight very rapidly and then I gained weight back. Now, I feel like I’m finally able to balance out at a perfect medium." But as a result of her fluctuating rate, Sophia said her breasts were "not sitting" where she’d like them. So, she opted for a cosmetics procedure that transferred fat from her hips to her chest for volume. "I know getting this done will make me so much more confident in my body," the Buying Beverly Hills star continued, "and that’s always the goal."
