The Buffalo Bills Quarterback gave his wife—who he tied the knot with in May 2025—a big shoutout during an April 20 press conference with the NFL team. Earlier in the month, the couple announced the arrival of their first child together—a baby girl. When asked about how becoming a father has changed his world, Josh said during the presser, "I think it definitely changes mindset a little bit. I’m very excited. I do think this is going to be the best version of myself, in all aspects—in my professional career and my personal life." He added, "It’s such a blessing and I’ve got an absolute rockstar of a wife that’s doing so many things right now. And allowing me to be here right now with my teammates.
