Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and President Sergio Mattarella visited a hospital in northern Italy the day after a driver with a history of mental health problems ran over a group of pedestrians. Eight people were injured, four of them seriously. One victim needed to have both of her legs amputated.
