Eyewitness video shared on social media showed a strike on a building in Lebanon’s southern city of Tyre. Onlookers ran for safety as large plumes of smoke billowed from the building and debris flew in front of them. Israel also launched heavy airstrikes on the Hezbollah-controlled southern suburbs of Beirut and more widely in Lebanon.
