IBM CEO: I do not fear about bringing in expertise, however not everyone is lower out to do the work

"I don’t worry about bringing in talent, I actually worry much more about can we give them a great career and a great pathway, because not everybody is cut out to do work that is going to be demanded," says IBM Chairman and CEO Arvind Krishna.
