Ahead of the ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 22 finale, Chandra Wilson’s and Harry Shum Jr.’s characters Miranda Bailey and Benson Kwan’s future at Grey Sloan is in jeopardy amid an FDA investigation. Throughout the episode, Miranda attempts to conceal that Kwan had injected patient Quinn Durston (Michael Weston) with an experimental hydrogel rejected by the FDA in the prior episode without her consent. Fans will have to continue to tune in to season 22 for Bailey and Kwan’s fates, but the revelation comes just a week after Kevin McKidd and Kim Raver, who play Dr. Owen Hunt and Dr. Teddy Altman, respectively, confirmed their departures at the end of the season.
