Elton John’s husband David Furnish is sharing a reassuring health update on the music icon. Ahead of Elton’s annual Oscars viewing party on March 15, David told ‘Variety’ that the legendary singer is doing “great,” adding that he’s “battling on,” staying busy and continuing to move forward. “We really love parenting," David—who shares sons Zachary, 15, and Elijah, 13, with the 78-year-old—continued. "We love our family and we love being together. While Elton has faced several health challenges in recent years, including mobility issues following a fall in 2021 and the loss of vision in his right eye after an infection in 2024, his outlook remains hopeful.
