Elon Musk continued to saddle up to Donald Trump over the holidays as he was seen at the president-elect’s side during Thanksgiving celebration at Mar-a-Lago.
Footage shared by ABC News and CNN showed the tech billionaire seated beside Trump at a family table during a lavish dinner Thursday at the so-called Winter White House.
In one clip from the evening, the father of 12 and Republican politician were captured dancing to Trump’s beloved Village People track, “Y.M.C.A.,” while wife Melania Trump and son Barron Trump politely nodded their heads beside them.
On the Musk-owned social media platform, X, formerly Twitter, the SpaceX mogul shared a glimpse into his conversation with Trump’s youngest child.
After the pro-Trump account Autism Capital imagined the politician and his son discussing the incoming president’s blossoming friendship with Musk, the Tesla CEO chimed in to reveal that he and Barron Trump, an undergrad at New York University, discussed “consciousness & video games” during their holiday meal.
Making it a true family affair, Musk’s mother, Maye Musk, was also seen at the packed Thanksgiving gathering.
It appears that Musk has made himself at home during his extended stay at Mar-a-Lago.
The high-profile Trump surrogate has reportedly been hunkering down at the Palm Beach, Florida, estate for more than three weeks, since the Republican won election to a second White House term.
At the America First Policy Institute Gala at Mar-a-Lago earlier this month, Trump even joked, “I can’t get him out of here. He just likes this place.”

The holiday gathering underscored what appears to be an increasingly enmeshed relationship between the politician and businessman.
On Nov. 12, the returning commander in chief tapped to Musk co-head his administration’s new cost-cutting venture, called the Department of Government Efficiency, with former GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.
