The records confirm the 24-year-old was arrested for "domestic violence, criminal threats, false imprisonment and attempted murder.” However, Zaire was ultimately charged with felony domestic violence, criminal threats and false imprisonment, the BPD confirmed to E! News. An emergency protective order (EPO)—a temporary restraining order issued to protect the victim—was also obtained. After being booked, Zaire posted a $50,000 bail and was released later that day, with Burbank Police noting that no plea has been entered at this time.
