Memphis Grizzlies forward Brandon Clarke’s cause of death has been revealed nearly three months after the NBA player died at age 29. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner confirmed Aug. 7 that Clarke died from the effects of heroin and cocaine, and ruled his death an accident. Clarke was found unresponsive in his bedroom around 5 p.m. local time on May 11, with responding paramedics pronouncing him dead shortly afterward.
