Country singer Bailey Zimmerman is facing a felony charge for criminal damage to property over $1,000 and a misdemeanor for falsely obtaining services after allegedly damaging a New Mexico hotel room, according to court records viewed by E! News. The charges were filed after Zimmerman allegedly caused more than $16,000 worth of damage to the Sandia Resort and Casino in Albuquerque on May 27, the same day he canceled his concert at the hotel, per an arrest affidavit obtained by People. The warrant said the 26-year-old "appeared to be exhibiting signs of intoxication" during sound check and allegedly threw two cymbals, kicked a drum set, pushed a guitarist as well as knocked down a microphone before "angrily" leaving the stage. The following morning after postponing the show, housekeeping found his hotel room in ruins, per the affidavit.
