Israeli police have accused a suspect of a racially motivated attack against a French nun in Jerusalem on April 30. CCTV footage of the attack shows a man running up to the woman and pushing her from behind. The nun was left with bruises on her face. The incident attracted condemnation from religious groups, who say it’s part of a pattern of hostility toward the Christian community. The Israeli government also condemned the attack.
