An unlikely “Pride Match” in Seattle | DW News

Egypt is set to take on Iran at the World Cup match in Seattle. Officials in the US city designated it the "Pride Match" before the identities of the teams involved were known. Officials from the two countries – where homosexuality is often punished harshly – have raised objections. But LGBT+ activists from both sides hope it can bring attention to their cause. We spoke to Dave Braneck from DW Sports in Seattle.
